Ingredients :
- 2-3 Apples
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp dried raisins
- 6 pcs of fillo pastry
- Some icing sugar & corn oil
- Seasonings : 2 Eggs
- Some cinnamon
Method :
- (1) Defrost fillo pastry.
- (2) Glaze each sheet of pastry with corn oil.
- (3) Peel & decore apple, cut it into small pieces. Put it
into a saucepan & add in butter and some sugar.
Cook it over mild heat until tendered. Put in raisins
to form a filling. - (4) Leave the above filling to cool & then spread it over
the pastry. Wrap into a roll & place it onto a baking
tray. Bake over medium heat for about 10 mins until
slightly golden & crisp. - (5) Cut the above ingredients into pieces. Dredge with
some icing sugar & serve.
