Blueberry & Pineapple Sherbet


Ingredients :
  • 50g Water
  • 60g Sugar
  • 50g Champign
  • 200g Pineapple
  • 200g Blueberry
  • 50g Lemon juice

Method :

  1. (1) Add sugar into water, bring to boil & let cool.
  2. (2) Rinse blueberry. Chop pineapple.
  3. (3) Puree all ingredients in an electrical blender. Take
    out & fridge until frozen.
