Chocoate Tart w/Parmesan Ice-Cream


Ingredients :
  • 20g Butter
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 200g Dark chocolate
  • 40 ml Baileys
  • 1 scoop parmesan ice-cream (any flavor)
  • Some fresh mixed fruits & pastry (small)

Method :

  1. (1) Cut the dark chocolate into pieces. Then, mix it with butter & baileys.
    Melt it by using hot water underneath.
  2. (2) Beat the cream until firm. Pour in the beaten egg yolk. Then, add in
    chocolate mixture slowly.
  3. (3) Put the ingredients into the pastry. Fringe until firm. Remove & place
    on dish. To serve with ice-cream & mixed fruits.
