Soft Chocolate Cubes
- 1 tsp honey
- 30g Unsalted butter
- 100 ml fresh cream
- 250g White chocolate
- Some green tea powder
Method :
- (1) Take a tray of 14cm x 20 cm & place on cake paper.
- (2) Boil the fresh cream with honey in low heat until melt.
- (3) Chop the chocolate & melt with hot water underneath. Then, mix with butter
& add in honey cream. Pour it onto the tray & make it flat. Cool down &
cover with food wrap. Then, fringe for 2 hours until firm. Cut the chocolate
into cubes & sprinkle with green tea powder.
