Water Melon w/Muscato Ice Cups


Ingredients (2 portions) :

  • 1 Taiwanese black beauty water melon
  • 1 cup Muscato

Method :

  1. (1) Wash melon. Drill a small hole on the top of the
    melon & pour in Muscato through a funnel. Freeze
    for 4 hours.
  2. (2) Half melon. Scoop out flesh with a large spoon &
    put in large bowl. When all the flesh is scooped
    out & arrange the flesh back to the 2 empty shells.
    Serve.

Remarks :

  • (1) Muscato is an Italian dessert wine. If you think it's
    too sweet, you can use gin or vodka instead.
